Hi there, when you’re reading this, I just wanted to say that I’m thankful for you. I’m Viola. Born in Malang, East Java, and now living in Bali, I started my career young due to family circumstances. Over the years, I’ve gone from hospitality to real estate, and eventually became a personal assistant for international consulting agencies.
When the pandemic hit, I realized how important remote work could be—not just for me, but for many who lost their jobs. That’s when I discovered the Virtual Assistant world. After months of research and trial, I landed my first long-term clients and eventually built a portfolio of over 5 clients.
